As a Texas-based transaction coordinator, I bring valuable industry experience from my previous role as an Escrow Officer, where I developed a deep understanding of real estate transactions and document requirements. Working in escrow introduced me to the critical importance of accurate paperwork processing and proper document execution—skills that now form the foundation of my business.
The decision to shift my career focus towards transaction coordination and Loan Signing Agent stemmed from a deep-seated desire to establish my own independent practice while simultaneously giving our clients the best experience and service possible.
